This is a good test article.  Removes the speculation as do several others
published on the same topic as well as  6 or 7 test PCBs I have had build.

Anyone who has doubts can include a few simple test structures in a
prototype PCB and take the guess work out of it for themselves.

Nothing like a few measurements to remove uncertainty.
