The one I'm most familiar with (which isn't saying much :-) ) is Ansoft's offering in this area. It's got a pretty steep learning curve, but I believe it will do about anything you want along these lines. Another one to look at is Quantic's Greenfield 3D. I've never used it, and don't know how it compares, but I believe it's got a pretty good rep.
