In the unlikely event that you are not able to use the
several other good suggestions received, one way to get
this board to appear symmetrical (important for bow and
twist (warpage)) might be to change some of your ground
planes into mesh or lattice. This will behave more like
a signal layer in physical board so choosing such for the
layers opposite your signal layers should help.
