SI List,

I was wondering if anyone had a link to two papers
that I would really like to read. Larry's 1984
paper was on the old SI list but the link is
 broken

"Decoupling Capacitor Calculations For CMOS Circuits"
1984 by Larry smith

"Experimental Evaluation of Power Bus Decoupling on a 4-layer PCB"
Authors: Chen,Xu, Hubing,Drewinak, VanDoren,Dubroff

I haven't been able to track them down.

Thanks in advance

Chris
