Actually I have a similar question, though this may not be the appropriate
place to ask, are there any website or list where one can post or search for
such contracts which could be picked up by SI design firms/ design houses
for a nominal/competitive fee.

I have a design that is ready for fabrication that requires a crosstalk
check
using Hyperlynx BoardSim (or an equivalent tool). If someone has that tool

(I hope this isn't considered list-spam, but I am in the process of trying
to
get the tools I need in house and need to find a way to shop out the work
until we have the capability in-house. I'm sure others have this situation,
and I'd like to know if there is a good forum or job bidding site for
electrical work. I've seen something like this for software work, but not
hardware.)
