John,

Try the NBSG53A from ON Semiconductor.

Hope this helps.

Sincerely,

Jeremy Webb

Subject: [SI-LIST] 10GHz div. by 2

Hello,

I am searching for a clock divider component (or circuit)
that will divide a 10GHz clock by 2. I haven't found anything
in the si-list archive.

The 10GHz clock signal parameters are flexible, as it
will be generated by an instrument that's flexible.
The output would ideally be like XAUI, but that's flexible,
too.

Thanks very much,
John
