I don't know who the presidents or officers of Home Again are...but yes,
every state in the Union either has a mandatory microchip program being
voted on this year, or coming up. This is the first step towards Big
Brotherism............and establishing huge data bases where all animals
(and their owners) will be tracked. So far, we
have managed to stop the NAIS for farm animals, but it is coming, and
the first step is the chipping of all dogs.
