Ya' think???Â  Â  :-)Â   :-)Â   :-)

I had to laugh at some the bios I just received with my ballot.Â  Some of our 
candidates need to hire better PR people!!Â  One candidate stated that he/she 
shows in both all-breed and specialty rings.Â  That IS true, but, this 
candidate has also criticized me harshly, and downright berated me, and my dog, 
for showing at all-breeds.Â  I finally had to block that e-mail address.Â  I 
don't need no stinkin' downers in my life!!

The last time I advertised in the Review it was a two page color ad withï¿½ 
full pedigree of an at that time AKC Champion who had a Herding Startedï¿½ 
title.ï¿½ She did go on to get her AKC Herding Advanced title and a Championï¿½ 
in a 
different conformation venue.ï¿½ All by the age of six. (She got herï¿½ 
Intermediate title one month after she finished her AKC conformationï¿½ 
champion and 
had numerous titles from other herding venues.)

I have no intention of getting into the specialty vs all breed fight.ï¿½Â  But 
I chose the all breeds for the reason that the emphasis in allï¿½ breeds is 
more generally compatible with the other things I do withï¿½ dogs. 

The Review welcomes all ads, the Board welcomes all ads.ï¿½ Butï¿½ honestly, 
when I hear people on these lists go on and on about the superiorityï¿½ of the 
specialty dog why should I bother?

I finally said, have it your way, you win, I will take my marblesï¿½ 
elsewhere. I have been around for a long time, imagine what new peopleï¿½ say.
