Ummm... c-sections are already illegal except by a veterinarian. There is NO reason to add all the rest, except to make pet ownership even more difficult... which is the ultimate goal. You don't have a problem with someone quite possibly losing their dog because they can't prove when and by whom the tail was docked? I sure do... and I will bet so will that pet owner - not to mention those folks attending dog shows - I sure don't know anyone with a docked breed that has the veterinary proof of when that dog was done. And don't for a minute believe that they will leave dog shows alone.... they aren't leaving them alone in FL.
