It isn't. Wonderful litters without issues are whelped by careful breeders every day. From your posts it sounds as if you think stud dog owners and dog owners in general are less than forthcoming about issues in particular pedigrees. For the most part, they aren't. You just can't paint everyone with a broad brush based on very, VERY limited experience in breeding dogs. Then to make the leap that the situation would be better served bringing in a whole new set of genetic issues...well, that's one hell of a leap.
