Since coming back to the list, I haven't seen any posts from Flower Boy...............Gary, what did you do with him? I'm sure he'd have something to contribute to the question of making sure that our dogs aren't gunshy. One other idea...take your dogs to a local high school track meet........or college meet....when they shoot off the starter's pistol, you'll notice if your dog reacts. I found with mine that they were more interested in watching to see where all the kids went when they all ran off, than in being afraid of the sound of the pistol.
