I cannot understand why you would whelp litters in a living room or
kitchen???What do you do when you have company???I feel a dog should be
in a quiet place away from cooking or tvs???I have used my downstairs
shower room which is easy to clean and then they can go out the back
door to do their business..It is quiet away from company and other
dogs..I sometimes have used my basement which has a heater and a dog
kennel with a whelping box..It is hard on me with all the up and down
stairs but when I have to will use it..My kitchen is for cooking
only...I quess people have to do what suits them best..We get way too
much company mother dogs need the quiet..When the puppies are older they
go on my back scrreened porch on newspapers Barbara Amidon
