Without proper structure and temperament you can not
have either! Whether or not this is a working breed,
it cannot work if it cannot move, jump, and most
importantly think! The Ch. title evaluates structure
and temperament, the working titles measure the dog's
desire to please, but without the correct structure,
it can't do the work.
