I got thinking about this. I seldom think, so this is important. To win a class in conformation it is usually about 15 minutes in that class, no including watching the losers. Then you compete for the points, maybe another ten minutes. So, for three five point majors you should be able to finish a dog in an hour and ten minutes. Everyone has an hour and ten minutes a month to spare, so why can't everyone finish at least one dog a month? It seems easy to me, and you shouldn't think you don't have the time. In a year you should be able to finish a dozen dogs and only expend two days. Out of 365 days, that is not much. There is no excuse for any of us not to finish at least two dogs a year, that would only take two hours and twenty minutes. Can you actually say you can't find an extra two and a half hours a year to do this? I don't think so.
