To me, a dry dog does not carry a lot of coat, and looks as though his
angles are a bit sharp. Often there is a lack of undercoat. A wet dog is
a plush coated dog, and he can be either in or out of condition,
depending on his owner. His angulation does not show up as sharp, as it
does in the dry animal. My preference is toward the wet dog, maybe a
damp dog?? Doris
