Not to/from Phoenix to any of the 4 airports serving the San Francisco area on
airlines that take dogs. I had to ship a bitch from Phoenix to the bay area
last month. 3 hr layover in LA. The ONLY option for a non-stop was to Fresno
and not in a 500.

But, there are direct flights from Los Angles or San Francisco to Arizona.

In St. Louis it is easy to get from if you live there, or even if you live in
Chicago, Kansas City or anywhere in Missouri.

It just depends where you are coming from. For me, Arizona and California are
easy to get to.

You can't fly dogs into either of the Arizona airports without long layovers
(3 hrs or more) in LA or other hubs.
