Hello All
I have a question or two about weak pasterns. I know this has been hashed
over before but for the first time in 25 years of breeding I have a problem.
I have two male puppies 15 weeks old that are very down on their pasterns. I
kept these two to grow out a little for show. They were on ProPlan large
breed puppy. When they started going down I switched first to Purina dog
chow and now Pedigree. Both have 21% Protein and 10% fat.
They have been on it for 4 -5 weeks and it hasn't helped.
What else should I be doing. These are really nice boys and would like for
them to be "normal" enough to at least get a pet home.
By the way the other three in the litter who left for new homes at 10 weeks
are all perfectly fine in this respect.
Any and all suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
