Amy- Every time a change in how the membership votes on the judges for the
National is placed on a ballot, the membership passes it. Any proposal
placed on the ballot, that requires a simple majority, passes. So if you
want anything changed, get it placed on the ballot and it will pass. That
is why we have had several changes in how we elect judges for the National
in the past years. I sincerely believe that each time the method is changes
it is because it is an attempt to improve the system. Some times it works
and some times it does not work. D.D.
