Jan, I have a cousin who became a vegetarian who came to visit for a few
days.. There are some interesting ways to serve pasta: I like it
florentine with baby spinach, garlic and butter. and some good grated
cheese. Pierogies are always a good choice. so is eggplant parmesan.
How about a Mushroom quiche or zucchini casserole.
