I asked that from "Last Chance For Animals" ( the group that brought it to
everyone's attention ) in November and this is the reply I recieved from "Last
Chance For Animals Investigations Unit" <siu@xxxxxxxxxxxx>
Hello Colleen,
This is the latest invformation from our home office that I have on the case.
On Wednesday, November 12th, Judge Arrington met with the defense attorney and
Rhonda Brodsky to discuss the status of the case. At this point, the case is
STILL open and no resolution has been agreed on. The defense attorney, Ms.
Brodsky and Judge Arrington are discussing plea bargaining options but nothing
has been agreed on. The next hearing date is not yet on the calendar but will
be scheduled for early Jan 2005.

death, while his girlfriend watched?
I know that there was a court date, but I never heard what happened to him. I'm
sure that is was posted but I must have missed it. (Sorry if you get this twice)
