Can't remember which dog food it was that showed it as one of the ingredients/supplements. It mentioned that it would or could cause cancer. Since then I have always carefully checked the ingredients. Lee F. Ethoxyquin also causes fertility problems. Back in the 80's it was linked to a lot of sterile dogs and bitches missing. I remember an article that was put out by Gaines in Canada on this a long time ago.
