No Tylenol (acetominophen) is not safe for dogs, neither is Advil (ibuprofen).
If you have to give a "painkiller" that isn't prescribed by your vet give
buffered asprin. It is much easier on the intestinal tract if buffered, and
make sure you give it with food.
