All this is subject to who is checking your dog in. I have yet to find anyone
at the counter that even knows what their website says. This last shipping was
by the book because it was a training day, and one of the supervisors knew what
she was doing. But they erred on the side of caution by demanding a 500 crate
when realistically my dog could've gone in a 400. But as we all have learned,
there is no point on even arguing with them. I had a 500 in the van and not
enough coffee on my system.
Personally, I like Delta the best and think American is the worse.
And that's why we drive to dog shows.
