On Wgn Chicago news this morning it was announced that California has way to
many "chiwawas's"(the way he pronounced it) People were buying them as a
status symbol and to copy Paris Hilton then realized they did not like them
nor want them. They are drowning in them. Want people all over the
country to adopt them
