Haven't heard the membership screaming about the surface this year at  all. 
 Many other things, but not that.
So listening to the membership, heck I am one and it was a non  issued.  We 
were assured that the surface was great as the board inspected  this at the 
board meeting there.
I don't think this has even come up.....until now. 
Communication opens the best at election times.

I personally feel that is a good thing.   Those  changes were a result of 
"listening" to the membership, which is a hopeful  sign that the lines of 
COMMUNICATION are beginning to open up between the  Board and Membership.   
Hopefully this trend will  continue.
