Bob: Margy is on the ballot because she was nominated by the Nominating
Committee, who I believe are all non-board members. She was nominated before
this "removal" vote. However, I was told that
they could have removed her name from nomination if they wanted to.
Which means to me that while the Nominating Committe is selected by the Board,
after selection they should be autonomous. Otherwise, why go through the
process! This is just my understanding based upon some info I received from a
board member.
