I know all the years Kathy Steen was Show chairman, She had a specific
person or committee for the "care & welfare" of the Judges. I fact I believe
that's how Debbie Hokanon started helping and learning about the National And
then when Debbie took over,I think she had Karen Wagner do it for her. It
really
needs to be a rather large committee,because we have so many different
Functions now,with more Judges--not just Obedience and Conformation We can't
expect the President or Show Chairman to do EVERYTHING themselves. Just my
