I seem to remember, way back in the recesses of time, that ANY kind of 
"business" between a judge and an exhibitor within a YEAR was verboten. 
Then I think it changed to 6 months... and now look where we are.
  Of course, back then it was any exhibitor, not just the handler...and 
exhibitor means owner....
