Everyone who plays in this arena is supposed to know the rules.
Handler, owner, judge, steward...we are each responsible for knowing all
the rules that may be applicable to us.
Lee is right. Yes, handlers should know not to show, judge/owners
should tell handlers not to enter...and handlers should tell OTHER
clients that they cannot show to so and so for whatever period of
time...BUT, if the handler chooses to show to that judge, the judge
can't stop the handler before he/she enters the ring...that is the time
to excuse him/her. Lee is right. So is Carol... tell and do. Whole
story in a nutshell.
