on thursday, i sent an email to the entire board, asking how each voted

the purina funds issue. of the 19 members of our board, only the
following were forthcoming with the information:

i thank the above listed board members and appreciate their having taken
the responsibility to answer a member's question. BUT, where the heck
are
the other 13 board members? does some huge mythical cat have their
collective tongues? a 31.6% response rate is completely unacceptable.
