This poor misguided child doesn't even know the difference between a male
and a female dog (hint: in the photo she posted... males have a visible
"ding ding"... therefore, that would make Rumor a girl! LOL)
And, the same photo doesn't show a hock-walker either.... and the
contrasting photo shows a dog who can't do the long haul work either that
she is touting about! ;)
I am suspicious of if this person has ever stepped foot into a show ring of
any sort, being so demeaning of them. Does she not know that trialing a dog
is much more grueling -- both physically & mentally -- than is the breed
ring?
As was mentioned, to become a "certified" dog trainer, one only needs to
pay the fee and take an online (open book/sourced) test and, voila!, you
are certified... certified for promoting your puppy socialization and basic
obedience classes... I have found that the experience and proof-of-training
(i.e., titled numerous dogs in the discipline you are teaching) is more
effective in gaining trust of clientele-- many certificates of proven work
hanging on the wall are more impressive than a single certified to be able
to do certificate!
It would be nice if there could be some positive opinion endorsed by the PC
published for the public to read, rather than just the crap that is spewed
from the naive/ignorant masses. :)

puppies go out in the backyard to play and play with visitors too... 😂
