Nah, friend, I have raccoons and I have bats, the dogs routinely catch moles
(do moles get rabies?), feral cats are an issue in the country so I'll
vaccinate every 3 years thank you very much and I don't much care who keeps
track.
Mr. racoon wandering around in circles looking dizzy in my back yard was
waaaayyyy too close to home for me!
(BTW spoke to a friend in DE yesterday who works w/ a gal whose dog tussled
w/ a groundhog. The dog was 1 month or 2 overdue on its rabies vaccines and
is now quarantined. It's simply not a risk I'll take.)
You are missing my point.....PERSONAL CHOICE. I have no problem that you
want to vaccinate your dogs, for whatever reasons , and very often....I don't
what the gov't in any form, mandating what I do, or what my neighbors do.
