OK, let's get a vote going. Was it interesting knowing it was no longer
official? I had to censor myself to make it only personal without the backing
of
the GSDCA. For anyone who wonders, that is sarcasm.
Did I hear right? The board voted to indemnify the individuals who were
sued? That means our club has to pay for their defense and damages? Who is
going to indemnify us for the misuse of our money? I hope I got bad
information.
I don't think the board has this authority. Even the insurance company
won't pay for intentional acts. This would be like if someone stole from the
club, and then the club agrees to pay for the losses.
Maybe a board member can explain this to me. As a lawyer, this offends me.
As a member of the GSDCA it amazes me. As one of the little people who pays
the dues it irritates me.
I want the new board, and I want it now!
