The J-particle shows up in an atom both irregularly and
intermittently(correct me if I am wrong, Colette). But it's there. Likewise,
you can easily feel the shimmy steering at speed between 60-80mph if and
when your wheel(s) is out of round, below or beyond that speed not that
obvious. Yes, this is a post-hoc argument, but feel free to write me a
cheque for research so that I can stay smarter in Holiday Inn Express to
come up with further answers, hopefully. Tim
