[ SHOWGSD-L ] Re: sweet potatoes

   I know that technically they are not potatoes.  Not my question.  Can 
I feed the dogs yams instead of sweet potatoes, as Em suggests?  I ask 
because someone (besides Em) said they are hard...and whatever I see in 
the stores doesn't look "gnawable" to me...just edible.  I don't really 
like yams/sweets except prepared in a very few ways.........
