The one chew toy that I stick to is the orginal nylabone, puppies and adults,
never knock on wood had any problems with them except once with my corgi she
got a small sliver stuck in her gum that was it. The kongs are great too.

ry of false, I do not know, but our vet advised us years ago to not give
ny dehydrated skins, ears, etc. to any dog. This was based on his
xperience of have to surgically remove them when they rehydrated inside and
aused a blockage. I suppose if the dog actually chewed them up in little
ieces this would not occur, but if they just chew them enough to swallow
hem whole, it conceivably could create the problem.
Anyway, we've simply held to his advise and not given them.
However, when we take all five to Pets Mart and turn them loose shopping,
hey all come back to the checkout stand with a dehydrated skin.
