*Educating the Public to stop buying from BYB and Puppy mill Puppies. *
In my opinion it isnt educating the people where to buy a puppy. Its educating
the people *IF* to buy a puppy. It is the people buying the pup that are the
problem. We need to educate them as to whether they should buy one at all. Are
they going to have time for it and do they realize the responsibility and the
length of time they are committing.
