Yahoo and AOL have tightened their spam controls, so that can happen.
I put showgsd-l addy in my address book, that helps, but after a while
IF you pull the post out (Not name it not-spam while IN the spam
folder), manually put it in your IN box, THEN delete it, it does
help. (after time).
My Mac Mail program automatically puts the sender in a file (the quick-
fill file for addresses), so that helps keeping the posts out of spam,
too.
For awhile, I had the same problem, but it's rare now that a list
posts lands in the spam folder.
