Subject: [ SHOWGSD-L ] skunked dog?
Hi all, obviously my dog got skunked. I remember the recipe that calls for
peroxide, baking soda and dawn disk detergent. For anyone that has used
this my question is: do you mix this in a larger bucket or do you keep this
mixture in a smaller comtainer and put on with a sponge (or something) then
lather and rinse?
The night she got skunked I sponge bathed with the mix and it helped a whole
lot. It was really cold that night so she didn't get a full bath and still
has a smell. Warm today and th full bath and blow dry is this
afternoon..........she doesn't know yet LOL It will be great to not get
the slight smell as she goes from room to room.
