I have a picky teenage GSD boy he eats Pro Plan Performance but not terribly
well. I've been adding a 3 oz can of Nutro cat food to it and he cleans it up
all at once and every bit of it in less than 15 minutes. This from a dog who
used to take almost 45 min of wandering around to almost finish his dinner. I
also made up a batch of Satin Balls using 10lbs ground heart and 3 lbs ground
liver, he gets a dose of that as training treats and loves it.
I had previously tried canned dog food but that had only helped a little.
Tried the cat food on by mistake once and it worked spectacularly. Either way
my method is to mix it with hot water to make a gravy then stir over the
kibble. Hopefully it helps you.
