I think this is just what Evan was talking about. To may getting involved.
Yes I think Juniors in other venues should be awarded BUT, this is being
done by Evan and he is doing conformation.
Maybe someone else who knows how to set up a fund can do one for
performance events
for juniors handlers.
I agree with him to do this on his own and not involve GSDCA except for
their approval to award it at the National.
