I am very pleased to announce that Richard Lortie, Lacomtesse Kennel from
Québec, has succeeded the examen to become a German Shepherd Judge. Richard
is a very knowledgeable person and a lover of our wonderful breed, he was
the breeder/owner of GV Shelton de Lacomtesse in 1993. We all wish to
Richard the best of luck in his new task and a lot of assignments.
