Speaking of "tough dogs".....Ray Johnson (one of our 50 year members) can
tell some very interesting stories about handling Marie Leary's German
import, Ch. Harry v Donaki. Barb W. probably remembers the dog too.
How about the Review asking the "pillars of our breed" to write some short
articles remembering the "old days" and some of the dogs they used to
handle??
Do any List members watch The Dog Whisperer on the National Geographic
Channel?? HE knows how to rehabilitate "tough dogs"!! Very interesting
show...highly recommended!

Zollgrenschutzhaus a Magnficent Male...Ray can tell you about Donaukai getting
out of his
crate on the plane and how he ended up in the plane's cabin...when Bill Ford
shipped him to California to breed to Portrait. Lots of wonderful stories and
times... Donaukai took your breath away just looking at him...He was so
impressive!! He truly was One in a Million...barb williams.
