Actually, Cass Sunstein, Now the Administration's Regulatory Czar has
written that animals should have the right to sue in many treatises. A
Texas Legislator held up his appointment because of his Animal Rights
Agenda. Being fair, I have not seen that acted upon since his
appointment, but "we" are watching VERY carefully at how his staff is
wording regulations.
It's not the law, the devil is in the regulations!!!!!

There was a clip on Fox News this morning regarding municipalities in
the Northeast that are trying to pass laws laws to "enact social
change" to protect plants and animals. These laws would enable plants
and animals to sue if they were harmed.... One lawyer said that the
laws would not hold up in court at a municipal level, but... This is
an example of the people who want to use the courts to take away our
rights to own/ breed dogs....
