The rule of thumb is call before 5pm central daily to speak to someone still
located in the USA. Both AOL and Dell computers use the other half of the
world to answer after hour questions and yes they do read from script cards.
A good friend "high up" at Dell told me about this. If you cannot handle
things by day, forget calling after hours.
