I'm glad everyone enjoyed the seminar. When we broke out into groups I had
4 all breed judges along with Shepherd folks. The all breed judges gave
good comentary on the dogs the handlers brought in and everyone at the table
shared their evaluations and asked good questions. I give Diane Mehra and
Helen an A+ for their efforts and putting all the materials together. So
important the all rounders attend and receive good input. I wonder if they
would learn more from fwatching the show if we slowed the dogs down a bit.

MOTION, WITH  HEAD LOWERED AND NECK EXTENDED, WHILE MAINTAINING WITHER HEIGHT 
AND THE  PROPER  CROUP ANGLE , AND THE HINDQUARTER ACTION... DRAGGING TOES, 
ETC. 
ARE SOON DISCOVERED... , PLUS THE CARRIAGE OF THE TAIL...THE TAIL IS ONE OF 
THE MOST IMPORTANT ,AND  SADLY, OFTEN OVERLOOKED NECESSARY COMPONENTS OF 
CORRECT MOVEMENT...AS  THE TAIL IS AN EXTENUATION OF THE SPINE AND IT'S 
STRENGTH AND 
CARRIAGE DEMONSTRATES THE  ABILITY OF THE DOG TO MAINTAIN  IT'S GAIT 
OVERTIME..TODAY,  WE ARE ALSO  SEEING TOO  MANY WEAK,  OVERLY LONG PASTERNS ,
