One of the things I like about my handler is that he will "bash" my dog to my
face...I respect that....if I ask a question...I want an honest answer...I may
or may not agree with you but at least I know your position on the

It is interesting to hear about the information about a certain handler at the
Nolan River Shows and to actually see his name. I helped get this handler
started along with a current judge and back then he was very nice and did a
great job with the dogs.
This summer I was at the Montana shows with a new dog and I was told by several
other people who were handlers that he was bashing my new dog. I had no idea
why he was doing this and the people who provided me with the information had
nothing to gain by telling me these things.
I conformed the handler about what had been told to me and he of course denied
everything and he said he didn't say anything to the handler ( which he called
by name) Of course,the funny part is I didn't mention the person who told me
these things by name.
I personally think some people simply get grandiose about themselves and how
and why they started out in dogs. Hopefully a reality check will set in soon
and will remember who they used to be.
