My dogs usually sleep on carpet or dog beds or my bed?as well, but my male started getting callouses and I couldn't figure out why. I started rubbing Swenn cream on his elbows once every few days and now he doesn't have them anymore. My girls never get them but he does. I would imagine any good cream or lotion would work. I like the Swenn because it doesn't have any perfume in it. My aunt first got it when she was in the hospital for an extended stay and used it with great results. I use it when he starts to get them back. I wonder why some get them and some don't ? My dogs are always sleeping on carpeting or big dog beds. They never lay on hard surfaces. It's funny my 11 year old girl doesn't have them, just my 6 year old boy. Any suggestions?
