When you think of balance you have to consider the breed. Of course a Pom
with the back of a Dachshund
would not be balanced for the Breed, but could still move very well. A GSD
that is to short coupled with Giraffe legs is not Balanced.
There is a lot to be taken into consideration for OVER ALL balance. Height
to length, neck to head, keel, rib spring etc. Balance IS breed specific.
