It would appear that just about all the obedience judges are becoming
qualified to judge Rally. If you go into the AKC site you can find the
regulations
and possibly they include charts, etc. It's a really fun way to title a dog
and has become very popular. I can no longer do Agility--age challenged--but I
can sure do Rally even though there is a time-limit involved.
